Privacy
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your request, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your requirements, company name, contact name, email, phone and anything else you choose to include. Our server also records the time of the request and the IP address and browser it came from, to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use it to qualify and answer your request. Before you approve otherwise, suppliers see only an anonymized summary of your requirements (no company name). With the permission you give on the form, we share your company name and requirements with the suppliers selected to quote or register your deal, and only those.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Analytics (only if you opt in)
We use Google Analytics only if you allow it. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics. Until you choose Accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all, nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, it stays off.
If you accept, Google Analytics measures how the site is used: pages viewed, the site that referred you, device and
browser type, approximate location, and whether a quote request was sent (not its contents). It sets first-party
cookies (_ga and _ga_*), and Google processes this data on our behalf. Advertising
storage, ad personalization and Google signals stay off whatever you choose.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. You can change it at any time with (also in the footer of every page). Withdrawing consent turns analytics off straight away and deletes the analytics cookies. Clearing your browser's site data resets the choice, and the banner will ask again. The quote form works the same whether or not you allow analytics.
Service providers
When you submit a quote request, it is stored on our server and delivered to our team by email and team messaging. Those providers process it only to deliver it to us.
Retention and your choices
