Pay with Bitcoin
Upfront orders can be paid in Bitcoin (BTC). You approve a written quote in US dollars; we send a Bitcoin invoice for that total.
How it works
- Get a written quote. Choose "Pay upfront" or tell us you want to pay in Bitcoin.
- Accept the quote. We email a secure payment link on this site for the agreed USD total.
- Pay the invoice. Scan the QR code or copy the address. The BTC amount is locked for 60 minutes from when you click Pay; after that the same link gives you a fresh rate.
- Confirmation. After 2 network confirmations the order is placed and the supplier ships to you.
Which orders can I pay in Bitcoin?
Upfront orders: once you accept a written quote, you can pay the invoice in BTC instead of by bank transfer. Escrow orders are funded at the independent escrow service, not in Bitcoin.
How is the Bitcoin amount set?
Your quote and invoice are in US dollars. When you click "Pay with Bitcoin" on your payment link, the dollar total is converted to BTC at the current exchange rate and that amount is locked for 60 minutes.
When is my payment confirmed?
We place the order after the payment has 2 confirmations on the Bitcoin network, usually about 20 minutes. You see the status live on the payment page and we confirm by email.
Do you accept Lightning or other coins?
No. We accept on-chain Bitcoin (BTC) only. Please do not send Lightning payments, tokens or other cryptocurrencies.
What if I send too little, too much, or too late?
If a payment arrives short, late or above the invoice, we contact you and either issue a new invoice for the difference or refund. Refunds are calculated in US dollars at the value of your payment when it was received, and sent in BTC to an address you give us.
Who processes the payment?
We run our own BTCPay Server, so no payment processor or exchange sees your order. Payments go directly to our wallet.
